ISHE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a Primary Care/VA setting. The role involves providing nursing care, monitoring patients, administering medications, and supporting emergency response within standard business hours.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm MT. Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) eligibility applies with potential loan repayment; requires licensure, US citizenship, English proficiency, and graduation from an approved program.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and hold an active license.
• Citizenship and English proficiency requirements apply for direct patient care positions.
• Must meet licensure and education requirements as described by VHA policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and nursing support under RN/MD supervision.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code/event responses as needed.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Follow infection control and sterile technique policies and procedures.
