Mercy in Edmond, OK is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Primary Care team. Under the direction of the primary care operations group, you will partner with providers to deliver safe, timely, patient-centered care in a structured environment.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited practical nursing program and hold Oklahoma LPN licensure. Preferred: 6 months of primary care experience and strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualificações

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Licensed as an LPN in the state of practice (Oklahoma).
  • Preferred: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide patient-centered care under the direction of the primary care operations team.
  • Collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers and care team to drive quality outcomes.
  • Uphold Mercy Service Standards and maintain professional communication and documentation.
