Job summary

Logan Health Kalispell is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our primary care clinic. You will collaborate with physicians to deliver patient-centered care, perform assessments, participate in treatment plans, and educate patients.

The role requires an MT LPN license, at least two years in a medical setting, and basic computer skills. RQI/BLS certification within 7 days is required. Strong teamwork and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Montana LPN license is required.
• Two years of experience in a medical setting is preferred.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within seven days of hire or before independent patient care.
• Knowledge of equipment, supplies and instruments used in a medical office is preferred.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing duties and assist with examinations as directed.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures following nursing standards.
• Prepare and administer medications and injections within scope of practice.
• Transcribe and implement provider orders and treatments; problem-solve issues affecting patient care.
• Maintain infection control procedures and keep exam rooms clean and stocked.
• Collect specimens and coordinate scheduling and patient education.
