Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or LPN Compact license; required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first; required.
• 1 year experience in Long Term Care or Critical Care Setting; required.
• Current Driver's License required for Driver portion.
• State law minimum liability coverage for personal vehicles used for LH business.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality while delivering care.
• Document all clinical findings and regulatory mandates in the chart.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to RN/provider team promptly.
