Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Assistant - LPN to join our Float Pool supporting clinics across the Midwest. You’ll provide direct patient care, including vital signs, injections, wound care, and medication administration, while assisting providers with exams and procedures.

You’ll update and manage EHR documentation, support care coordination, and educate patients on treatment plans. As part of Mercy’s collaborative culture, you’ll adapt to varied practice settings, contribute to quality

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Strong clinical skills in vitals, injections, and wound care.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
