Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Assistant - LPN to join our Float Pool supporting clinics across the Midwest. You will provide direct patient care, including vital signs, injections, wound care, and medication administration, while assisting providers with exams and procedures.

You will update and manage EHR documentation, support care coordination, and educate patients on treatment plans, adapting to varied practice settings and contributing to quality improvement and ongoing training

Qualifications

• LPN licensed and in good standing.
• Experience in primary care or clinic settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a float pool across multiple clinics.
