Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted license in Washington State.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority for practice.
• Strong clinical diagnostic and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive longitudinal primary care to adults 18+ including preventive care.
• Perform routine exams, screenings, and create treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and other tests to guide care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EPIC.
• Participate in quality improvement and peer-review activities.
• Support flexible scheduling options (5-8 or 4-10 hour days).
• Earn compensation with guaranteed salary plus wRVU productivity and bonus incentives.
