Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.

• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority.
• Strong clinical diagnostic skills in an ambulatory setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, longitudinal primary care to adult patients (18+), including preventative wellness and chronic disease management.
• Perform routine physical exams, annual check-ups, and screenings with education on prevention.
• Order diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Offer guidance and education on wellness and medication adherence.
• Maintain accurate medical records in EPIC.
• Provide and document treatment, referrals, and follow-ups with specialists.
• Participate in primary care division activities and quality initiatives.
