Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care in San Antonio, TX. The role requires 3–4 days per week with coverage for every other weekend, and a pay of $78.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• FNP license required.
• 1+ year of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to cover every other weekend and 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order tests per licensure and guidelines.
• Manage common conditions including infections, UTIs, dermatologic issues and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care including vaccinations and screenings.
• Conduct women's health evaluations and refer when needed.
• Monitor chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes.
• Educate patients on disease management and prevention.
• Document encounters in EPIC with regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams for continuity of care.
