M Health Fairview Clinic – Riverside is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice as part of Fairview Health Services.

At M Health Fairview Clinic – Riverside, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff within a diverse urban setting. Join our thriving practice, which features multiple on-site specialties and a highly experienced, long-tenured team dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Practice Details:

• 8 provider primary care practice.
• Patient encounters average 16-22 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency: 2-3 weeks/year, low intensity - phone consultation only with first-tier nurse triage.
• Openings: 0.80 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Compensation

The posted pay range is based on a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as FTE, skills, experience, and market conditions. Our organization values pay equity and considers internal equity when making offers. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 40-hour week. Compensation plans based on production may allow for higher pay.

Salary Range: $273,646 - $304,051 annually
