Biodesix, Inc. is seeking a General Practice Sales Consultant to drive adoption of diagnostic products in North Houston and inland East Texas. You will build relationships with PCPs and practice staff, develop strategic plans, and travel within the territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in medical or diagnostic sales to PCPs, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and up to 50% travel. Local residency is essential for timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years proven track record in medical/diagnostic sales to PCPs.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with PCPs and staff.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for medical audiences.
• CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of Biodesix products with PCPs and staff in the territory.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the primary care market.
• Build relationships with PCPs, practice managers, and decision-makers.
• Educate PCPs on clinical value and implementation of Biodesix solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive improvements.
• Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM.
