UPMC South Hanover Primary Care is hiring a full‑time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our vibrant team. You will provide patient care, collaborate with physicians and other providers, and contribute to high‑quality outcomes for a diverse patient panel.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.
• Current state RN license and CRNP certification required.
• National certification, eligible for licensure by Pennsylvania Board of Nursing.
• BSN or MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families.
• Establish and maintain collaborations with physicians, other providers, patients, and families.
• Apply professional practice knowledge to improve patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
• Engage in clinical development of the healthcare team and seek learning opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of research and evidence‑based practice.
• Demonstrate accountability and professional development.
