Mercy Hospital is seeking a Primary Care LPN to work under the direction of the primary care operations team. You will collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care, driving quality outcomes for all patients in a family medicine setting.

Location: Mercy Hospital Stoddard – Family Med, 2025 W Business 60, Dexter, MO 63841. Full-time 40 hours/week with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
• Preferred experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with care team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Job Profile Summary

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care LPN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care LPN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Minimum Requirements:

Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

Licensure: Licensed as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of practice.

Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
