Qualifications

• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is required.
• Maintain licensure in state of practice.
• Submit to privileging requirements and quality program participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients under supervision of a physician and follow established medical protocols.
• Collaborate with physician preceptor to formulate and review medical protocols.
• Assist with development of operational policies and procedures.
• Assist medical director in supervising other clinic staff.
• Obtain patient histories, assess health factors, and provide health education.
• Conduct physical exams and collect laboratory specimens.
