Job summary

Parrish Medical Group is seeking an APRN to promote high-quality care in a full-time role. The APRN will assess patients, diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, and document care per policy, reporting to leadership within Parrish Medical Group Operations.

Strong emphasis on dementia education, home-based care support, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Required to hold Florida RN/APRN licensure with an ARNP program, and maintain BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Masters in Nursing required.
• Doctorate in Nursing preferred.
• Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) program required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent patient assessments and care per standardized procedures.
• Prescribe medications and diagnose illnesses following physician oversight.
• Document all patient interactions per medical record completion policy.
• Educate caregivers on dementia and healthy lifestyle strategies.
• Coordinate home-based and facility follow-ups with referrals as needed.
