Job summary

Mountain Laurel Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive primary care in the outpatient setting. You will manage an assigned patient panel, work with the care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and participate in quality and program initiatives.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree, an unrestricted license, board certification, and BLS. Travel locally and occasional out-of-state travel may be required per job needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current and unrestricted NP/PA license in applicable states.
• National board certification in the provider’s discipline.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within three months.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of outpatient primary care services.
• Manage an assigned patient panel and coordinate referrals.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within scope.
• Document care in the electronic health record in a timely manner.
• Participate in quality initiatives and team meetings.
