UnitedHealth Group's WellMed in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to join the Optum Care Delivery team. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver comprehensive care across physical, mental, and social health with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Requirements include NP or PA certification, active Texas license, DEA license, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The role offers base salary with quality bonus, benefits, and opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications:

• Certification in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas
• Valid DEA license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
