Job summary

WellMed, a partner of Optum Care, seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician in Fort Worth, TX to join the Optum Care Delivery team. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a model focused on comprehensive, high-quality care for patients in the community.

You will work within a Fortune 5 company ecosystem, with base pay plus quality incentives and a strong benefits package. Licensure in Texas and DEA credentials are required.

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant


• Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas


• Valid DEA license

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
