Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Full Time APC (NP or PA) to join our Leominster, MA team in a patient-centered, team-based primary care setting.

You will work with a physician, RN, MA and admin staff to deliver value-based care, with a focus on quality and patient experience. Active MA licensure and DEA registration are required, with a board-certified NP or PA credential.

Qualifications

• Board certified NP or PA with MA licensure required.
• At least 1 year APC experience in primary care.
• Active DEA license and MA licensure required.
• Team-based care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a patient-centered, team-based primary care setting.
