Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Bellevue, Washington, is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join an established practice. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of health conditions, focusing on preventive care and patient education within a collaborative team.

The role requires ARNP or PA-C with prescriptive authority in Washington, DEA with full prescriptive authority, BLS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

  • ARNP’s: Active Washington State Registered Nurse License AND an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License or ability to obtain.
  • PA-C: Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority required for the specific practice
  • BLS
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and hospital staff, patients and their families
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will join an established practice in Bellevue, Washington. We specialize in diagnosing and treating patients, making a significant impact on their lives and families.

Every day, you will apply your comprehensive expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions. This involves patient consultations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and focusing on preventive care and health education, all within a collaborative healthcare team.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-C, possessing expertise in your specialty and having strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered evidence based care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

In primary care, we provide focused, coordinated care for our patients that have resulted in excellent health outcomes. Social workers are available to help address social/emotional/behavioral/environment needs and to provide and coordinate care.

  • Compensation: $136,600.00 - $167,000.00 /year

Job Requirements
Required
