Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) required.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Georgia medical license or eligibility.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Commitment to Mon-Fri 8am–5pm schedule.
• Ability to provide primary care for patients aged 12 and up.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services for patients aged 12 and up.
• Conduct Well Visits and Annual Exams.
• Manage Sick Visits and Vaccinations/Immunizations.
• Perform Sports Physicals and related preventive care.
• Contribute to a high-quality, compassionate care environment.
