Santa Marta Senior Living is seeking a Catholic Priest Chaplain to provide sacramental ministry, pastoral care, and spiritual leadership for a vibrant faith community of nearly 350 residents spanning independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. The campus includes more than 150 actively practicing Catholics, with 50–60 residents attending daily Mass and many additional residents participating through televised services.
This position is structured as a part‑time role averaging 20 hours per week. Santa Marta would like to divide responsibilities between two part‑time priests, either in a two‑day/five‑day or three day/four‑day weekly schedule.
Santa Marta offers a stipend directly to the chaplain or chaplains in gratitude for their service. Santa Marta has a monthly chaplaincy budget of $2,500, which would be shared between the chaplain and associate chaplain according to the division of responsibilities.
