Northeast Family Services is seeking In-Home Behavior Therapists for our LGBTQ-oriented Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative team. This team will deliver CBHI services to the LGBTQ community in a culturally informed and competent way.

The PRIDE In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, and strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to address behavioral needs of youth.

Qualifications
  • LGBTQ culturally competent through education, training, experience, or a combination
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related CBHI-approved program
  • Minimum one year experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings (preferred)
  • Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle
  • Experience working with children with behavioral issues

Compensation
  • Full-time salary: $64,000 - $72,000 with incentive rate of $60/hour over productivity
  • Fee-for-service rate: $50 - $70/hour
