Job summary

Meijer in Manitowoc, WI is hiring an entry-level Stocking Clerk to keep shelves stocked with a variety of food and grocery products and deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

You’ll move product from pallets to shelves, manage back-room backstock, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while supporting overnight pre-opening tasks. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
