Job summary

Molex is seeking a Pricing Systems & Enablement Lead to own CPQ and Salesforce pricing workflows, ensuring consistent quoting, strong data governance, and exceptional user experience. You will collaborate with commercial, product, finance, and IT to align pricing systems with growth and operational excellence.

The role requires CPQ administration, Salesforce expertise, and a track record in enablement and change management, with a focus on scalable pricing processes for a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

  • Experience in CPQ administration, commercial systems, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ integrations into quoting workflows.
  • Experience translating business requirements into system solutions and user acceptance testing plans.
  • Experience leading enablement, training, documentation, or change management initiatives.

Your Job

Molex is seeking a Pricing Systems & Enablement Lead to help establish and scale the systems, processes, and user capabilities that support pricing execution within the Optical Connectivity Group. This role will serve as the business owner for CPQ and Salesforce pricing workflows, enabling consistent quoting processes, strong data governance, and an exceptional user experience. You will partner with commercial, product, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure pricing systems support business growth and operational excellence.


Location

This is an onsite role based at our global headquarters in Lisle, IL.


What You Will Do


  • Serve as the business owner for CPQ and Salesforce quoting workflows, approvals, and governance processes

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Experience in CPQ administration, commercial systems, sales operations, or revenue operations

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and how CPQ integrates into quoting workflows

  • Experience translating business process requirements into system solutions and user acceptance testing plans

  • Experience leading enablement, training, documentation, or change management initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)


What Will Put You Ahead


  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • Salesforce Admin and/or CPQ certifications

  • Hands-on experience configuring approval workflows and quote templates in CPQ

  • Familiarity with pricing master data practices and (SAP/ERP exposure a plus)

  • Experience in RFQ-based or complex B2B quoting environments for large accounts

  • Experience working in manufacturing companies, preferably in optical connectivity, electronics, or interconnect solutions

  • Experience with visualization tools for creating dashboards and KPIs


For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
