GEICO is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead high-impact pricing work, analyze large datasets, and translate insights into pricing recommendations. The role requires strong analytical judgment, strategic thinking, and collaboration across underwriting, claims, marketing, and other teams.

The successful candidate will manage associates and drive initiatives to improve pricing effectiveness and business outcomes, while ensuring regulatory alignment and clear communication with stakeholders.

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytical, actuarial, pricing, or advanced data analytics experience.
• Proven ability to lead associates, manage projects, resolve conflicts, and drive results.
• Experience with data analysis software such as R, SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
