Zusammenfassung

GEICO's Pricing team seeks a Pricing Manager who will lead analytical pricing initiatives and manage a team responsible for actuarial and advanced analytical work. You will translate large datasets into actionable pricing recommendations and drive model changes across underwriting, rating and product initiatives.

You will collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, and Analytics to deploy new pricing strategies, build tools, automate processes, and ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of analytical, actuarial, pricing, or advanced data analytics experience preferred.
• Experience with data analysis software such as R, SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead associates, manage projects, resolve conflicts, and drive results through others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex analysis clearly.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of underwriting, rating, claims performance, and other business data used to inform pricing decisions.
• Guide the development of pricing models, strategies, and recommendations that support specific business objectives.
• Manage development and implementation of streamlined processes for rollout of insurance products.
• Develop new tools, discover ways to automate and streamline processes, and implement enhancements to maximize GEICO’s edge.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive internal initiatives that improve pricing effectiveness, operational execution, and business outcomes.
• Ensure work is accurate, well-documented, timely, and aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.
