Job summary

RxSense LLC in the healthcare technology space seeks a Manager of Pricing to lead MAC management for Enterprise clients and pharmacy partners. You will own MAC lists, adjustments, and pricing accuracy across contracts, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive market-competitive pricing strategies.

The role requires 5+ years in PBM or retail pricing, strong Excel and SQL skills, and leadership experience to coach the pricing team and scale automated tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MAC management experience in a PBM or pharmacy setting.
• 1-2 sentences must be ≤140 chars each?
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years PBM or retail pricing with leadership exp.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with pricing contracts, guarantees, and reconciliation.
• Ability to explain pricing to non-technical partners.
• Experience leading analysts and building repeatable processes.
• Experience adopting automated or AI-enabled pricing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own MAC management for Enterprise book; create, maintain MAC lists and adjustments.
• Monitor pricing performance against client and pharmacy guarantees; address gaps.
• Build pricing for new and renewing clients; ensure go-live readiness.
• Resolve MAC pricing escalations and pricing tickets; act as escalation point.
• Review contract terms for pricing implications and maintain contract pricing data.
• Support quarterly/annual reconciliation and leadership reporting.
• Set turnaround expectations for pricing requests; prioritize high-value work.
• Partner with other teams to inform pricing decisions affecting networks.
• Define requirements for automated pricing tools with AI teams; scale MAC management.
• Lead and develop pricing team with documented processes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses on client/pharmacy performance and seasonality.
