Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Associate Senior Business Analyst to partner with Rental leadership and deliver pricing insights that align with company objectives. You will translate pricing data into actionable guidance, own pricing models, and mentor Analysts while maintaining training documentation and SOPs.

The role requires strong communication, analytical leadership, and the ability to present clear recommendations to field and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of data analytics, pricing, and profit-improvement experience.
• Strong experience translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or similar visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate pricing data into actionable insights for Rental leadership.
• Lead board rate and discount guidance reviews with Rental leaders.
• Own pricing models and run them on set schedules.
• Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and reporting views.
• Present results clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Mentor Analysts and document SOPs for the Pricing team.
• Collaborate across Pricing and Rental to drive opportunities.
• Lead ad hoc pricing analyses and cross-functional projects.
