Job summary

Franke is seeking a Pricing Project Analyst as part of its Graduate & Early Career program in the greater Nashville area. This full-time hybrid role focuses on data-driven pricing projects, cross-functional collaboration, and revenue growth.

You will own projects from day one and receive structured development, mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership. The program lasts 18 months, after which opportunities may extend within the business.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong academic record with leadership activities or projects.
• Designed for candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Help develop pricing tools by building cost and pricing algorithms.
• Develop and maintain customer pricing databases.
• Conduct market and competitive pricing research for growth opportunities.
• Analyze pricing data to support strategic pricing initiatives.
• Lead projects to improve pricing accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Finance, and regional teams on pricing.
