Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.

• Understanding of department operations components: managing people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer services, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store UPC File (price change, deletion, new items).
• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Provide housekeeping in computer room including filters, cleaning, battery backup checks, and power fail simulation.
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan entire store every six to eight weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement Report).
• Promote, communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports.
• Perform any and all duties as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
