Job summary

ShopRite of Mount Pocono is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain accurate pricing, and support store operations. You will ensure pricing integrity, assist customers, and keep equipment and work areas in safe, clean condition.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures, with a team-focused mindset and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic math skills for pricing and transactions.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures.
• Customer-focused and able to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and maintain pricing integrity storewide.
• Perform weekly price changes and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Maintain pricing files, signage, and UPL tags as needed.
• Greet customers and assist in locating items while following safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with QA standards.
