Job summary

Northeast Grocery in New York is seeking a Front End/Scanning Associate to maintain the integrity of our scanning file and provide fast, friendly service to customers. You will act as a liaison between the store and the Scanning Department, assist customers, and ensure price accuracy and proper signage across departments.

The role requires basic literacy and computer skills, with preferred 1+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• 1+ years related experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scanning integrity and ensure price accuracy.
• Assist customers with questions and store systems.
• Maintain 5S standards and organized workstation.
• Communicate changes to Scanning Department.
• Verify weekly price changes and signage.
• Provide temporary support to Front End operations.
