The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel between locations as needed; you will train peers and generate price-change reports to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Train other scan coordinators.
• Accountable for ensuring price tags are accurate.
• Take inventory or scan the merchandise to identify the prices to be updated.
• Change shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new prices as needed.
• Receive, open, unpack, and issue price tickets of merchandise; create a label for new products on the shelf.
• Identify mislabeled products, misallocated product, and wrongfully priced product.
• Compare merchandise prices, dates, and UPC codes to ensure that they are correct.
• Order extra price tags and or signage based on merchandise on hand, customer demand, or advertised specials.
• Perform daily audits and generate reports to ensure that all prices of merchandise are updated.
• Operate registers, scales, computers, printers, handheld device.
• Place all signs of items for the one-day specials.
• Remove expired price tags and replaces with new tags.
• Be attentive to information being sent from our support center Data integrity department.
