Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Entry level to 2 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply pricing strategies and update rates in the optimization system.
• Identify markets, regions, competitor pricing, and trends related to pricing.
• Utilize data analytics (Excel, Cognos, Tableau) to inform decisions.
• Interact with internal stakeholders at multiple levels via calls, email, and meetings.
• Produce and distribute location performance and benchmark reports monthly.
• Forecast location rental demand and booking trends.
• Identify and test targeted promotions aligned with pricing strategies.
