Job summary

North Coast Electric is seeking a seasoned Service Center Leader to drive profitability, customer focus, and team performance. The role will shape residential, commercial, and industrial strategies while empowering a high-performing service team across multiple markets.

You will lead forecasts, cost controls, and asset management, while collaborating on pricing and contracts with O/S. A strong leadership background and proven sales experience are essential for success.

• 5 years industry experience.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership, organization, and direction to build a team capable of being profitable and meeting customer requirements
• Build forecasts and drive strategic initiatives for market share growth.
• Develop residential, commercial, and industrial customer centric strategies targeted around development and retention
• Drive market-leading customer service with a best-in-class team of industry professionals
• Demonstrate strong sales leadership
• Support account managers with sales goals and customer relationships
• Management of daily operations of the Service Center
• Develop and implement a Service Center business plan consisting of:
• sales and gross margin management
• expense management
• asset management
• associate development
• community support
• Monitor sell and cost overrides daily
• Collaboration of contract and pricing implementation and maintenance with O/S
• Ensure cycle count procedures are implemented and followed
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

• 5 years Industry Experience
• 2 years Management or Supervisory Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years
• Strong Sales experience in both Contractor and Industrial Markets

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Office and Warehouse environments
• Heavy phone and computer use
• Travel to customer locations
• Occasional heavy lifting of up-to 50lbs
