You will gain real-world experience in pricing and bidding, while supporting the sales and operations teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, Excel proficiency, and clear communication, with housing support options and a structured mentor program as part of the internship

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer rate structures in TMS and billing systems.
• Perform data entry, reporting and other back-office tasks.
• Audit pricing and rate structures to identify discrepancies.
• Set up and manage customer bid opportunities in Salesforce and other apps.
• Provide analytical pricing reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve pricing issues.
