Qualifications

• Attention to detail and high accuracy are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer rate structures across TMS and billing platforms.
• Perform back-office support including data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Audit pricing and rate structures to identify discrepancies.
• Set up and manage customer bid opportunities in Salesforce and other bidding apps.
• Provide analytical support by preparing reports on pricing effectiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve pricing issues and support new business initiatives.
