Job summary

CAT Scale Global in Texas is seeking a billing specialist to handle rate requests, complete quotes, and participate in rate updates. You will provide technical, administrative, and operational support while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field with 2 years of billing/account receivable experience; bilingual ability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field plus 2 years previous billing, invoicing, account receivable experience.
• Bi-lingual is required.
• Prefer brokerage billing experience in transportation or logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle all rate requests within established periods.
• Complete quotes within predetermined metrics.
• Participate in the rate update process.
• Provide technical, administrative, and operational support.
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
• Keep organization and time management skills.
• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Use of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate/advanced level.
