Job summary

Kalorik, a Miami-based leader in small home appliances, seeks a Pricing Associate to own pricing policies, promotional guides, and the approval process. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Logistics to build pricing tools and drive optimized profitability.

You will manage promotions from development to lifecycle, analyze ROI, and prepare reports for senior management. The role offers a hybrid schedule after 90 days and requires strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of pricing, analytics, or related experience.
• Experience across multiple distribution channels (Brick & Mortar, Online, D2C).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to pricing and promotions development and tracking.
• Own and maintain the master pricing catalog for USA, Export, and Canada.
• Audit promotional usage and produce price/discount reports.
• Maintain official Offer Guides and Pricing Worksheets for Sales/Finance.
• Oversee Price Change approval process and related forms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Sourcing, Marketing, Product, and IT to gather cost and price data.
• Document changes to products/services, pricing, and promotions; analyze ROI.
• Support Sales and Omni channels in communicating pricing changes.
• Partner with Insights on market research, analytics, and documentation.
• Use research to understand pricing trends and competitor strategies.
• Prepare pricing reports and dashboards for senior management.
