Job summary

ASTEC is seeking a Pricing Operations Specialist to manage pricing data, update price lists, and ensure data integrity across ERP and CRM platforms. You will collaborate with Pricing Managers, Sales, and IT to implement pricing updates, automate processes, and improve efficiency for OEM aftermarket parts.

The role requires 2–4 years in pricing operations or ERP/CRM administration, with strong SAP/Oracle experience and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
2–4 years of pricing operations, data management, or ERP/CRM administration experience.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update pricing systems and databases for accurate pricing information.
Upload and validate price lists in ERP and CRM platforms across channels.
Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies between systems.
Implement automation tools and streamline pricing updates to reduce manual errors.
Collaborate with Pricing Managers to execute pricing changes and promotional updates.
Support system enhancements and participate in testing for pricing functionality.
Generate reports and dashboards to track pricing accuracy and efficiency.
