Job summary

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst to drive pricing execution, analyze data, and lead cross-functional initiatives. This high-ownership role requires translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering IT-ready specifications.

You will write SQL to interrogate Snowflake or similar platforms, build BI reports in Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI, and partner with senior leadership on acquisition initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in pricing, revenue, commercial, sales, or strategy operations.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills required.
• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• BI experience with Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• ERP experience; SAP preferred.
• Experience driving business-side IT projects.
• Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing and operational initiatives from requirements through completion.
• Write SQL and analyze data within Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Translate business needs into detailed, IT-ready requirements.
• Build and modify BI reports and validate data-driven hypotheses.
• Coordinate stakeholders, track deliverables, and resolve open items.
• Develop SOPs, specifications, documentation, and process improvements.
