Job summary

Meijer Inc. is hiring an entry-level team member to deliver excellent customer service, maintain shelves, and support merchandising tasks. The role involves stocking, moving products from pallets to shelves, and keeping back areas organized.

The position includes overnight shifts once a week, a 6:00AM–2:30PM schedule, weekly pay, and benefits such as a team member discount and education assistance. Growth opportunities are highlighted across leadership and development programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with basic technology and processes.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts once a week.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to shelves efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back rooms.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer interactions.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
