Meijer is seeking an entry-level team member to provide outstanding customer service and support with merchandising and store operations. You will help stock shelves, assist customers, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Role includes overnight shifts, safety-focused responsibilities, and opportunities for growth through training and programs. This is a hands-on position designed for team support and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with the ability to support shared goals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
