The Corporate Strategy group at Wolters Kluwer reports directly to the CEO and drives growth and strategic transformation through various teams, including the Strategy Team, the Americas M&A Team, the Global Separations and Integrations Team, and the Sales Transformation CoE. We are a diverse team with talent from various disciplines and geographies, engaged in impactful work with strong support from executive leadership. This position is within the Sales Transformation Center of Excellence (CoE).

Responsibilities
  1. The Sales Transformation CoE was established in 2022 to standardize and optimize revenue growth initiatives, focusing on go-to-market planning, sales operations, reporting, team structures, pricing, and compensation frameworks.
  2. The Pricing Manager will collaborate with the Director of Pricing Strategy to support strategic transformation initiatives that enhance Wolters Kluwer’s position as a leading B2B SaaS provider.
  3. You will work across divisions and GTM functions to deliver pricing projects, harmonize strategies, and support a global pricing center of excellence promoting best practices.
  4. Ideal candidates should enjoy conceptual problem solving, possess excellent presentation and storytelling skills, have strong data and analytics capabilities, and be adept at managing and influencing senior stakeholders to drive strategic change.
  5. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data to inform pricing strategies, performing financial modeling, analyzing customer datasets, conducting market research, validating hypotheses, and supporting the transition to new pricing models.
  6. You will also work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and finance to identify inefficiencies and promote improvements in GTM approaches, including product positioning, packaging, and revenue growth planning.
  7. This role involves influencing cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, synthesizing complex analysis into actionable recommendations, and supporting the transformation to subscription or hybrid pricing models.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant pricing experience, ideally in B2B software/technology consulting or within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience leading pricing strategies and project implementations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical thinking skills.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • This position can be remote in the United States, preferably in Central or Eastern time zones, with approximately 30% travel to Europe and the US.
Compensation

Target salary range for CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $117,500 - $164,700.
