Position: Pricing Manager

This role is a crucial part of our Management team, based in Teaneck, NJ, with remote options.

Compensation range for this position is:

Position Purpose

Manage the pricing process within ERP systems to support sales and marketing strategies for Phibro’s Animal Health, Nutrition, and Mineral Nutrition divisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administer pricing processes to optimize gross margins and volume across all US product lines.
2. Maintain accurate cost and price data within ERP systems.
3. Develop and distribute price lists to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Manage monthly pricing processes and ensure timely delivery of price letters to customers.
5. Improve monthly pricing processes for greater efficiency.
6. Coordinate with the Pricing and Formulations Coordinator.
7. Communicate price changes and opportunities internally.
8. Collaborate with Product Managers on strategic pricing initiatives.
9. Maintain distribution lists for customer price communications.
10. Work with IT and Finance to resolve ERP issues affecting pricing and reporting.
11. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Phibro's overall business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
• Technical training in SAP/Oracle/JDE systems.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience.
• Team-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Proven track record of achieving goals proactively.

Technical and Business Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, empathetic yet performance-driven.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on internal and external clients.
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute plans.
• Organized, detail-oriented, analytical.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Minimum of 5 years ERP experience, JDE preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Knowledge of formulation and process control software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
