As a pricing manager in our Commercial Lines – Fleet and Specialty Programs organization, you’ll lead a team of pricing analysts. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Underwriting, Corporate Actuarial, Claims, and Product teams to drive data-driven decisions and improve profitability and market competitiveness. Additionally, you’ll develop and advance pricing models, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Remote work allowed.

Must-have Qualifications
  • A minimum of eight years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience, with at least two years leadership experience.
  • OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field, with a minimum of five years property casualty insurance experience and at least two years leadership experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Property and Casualty Pricing and/or Reserving
  • Proficiency in writing queries and statistical computing
  • Proven leadership in developing teams
  • Strong critical thinking and big picture analysis
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
Compensation
  • $100,100 - $143,000 /year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% based on company performance
