Job description

Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. has a fulltime opening for a Pricing Manager in Dallas, Texas 75201. Job Duties are to provide pricing support requests that are either tactical or deal based using Salesforce and PowerBI dashboards. Serve as deal desk lead, serving as strategic pricing and competitive analysis lead for the Frontier Wholesale Product offerings through the development of innovative deal structures and management of risk within contractual terms. Provide deal support, RFP management, RFP consolidation and creation of written responses and execution. Conduct market analysis, Win/Loss analysis, management of product cost models and implement pricing strategies to maximize profit and propel growth. Drive systematic (daily, weekly, and/or monthly) promotion, pricing, and churn reports, working with it and other business partners to create executive scorecards and other performance tracking. Deliver ad hoc analyses to discern activity impact and underlying causal drivers for results. Analyze current/ongoing strategies and performance trends to support optimal next best actions and related testing. Work with forecasting managers to deliver historical trends and other related assumptions to build timelier and more accurate forecast models. Sales and customer facing support of RFPs, response facilitation, creation of response language, pricing commercial terms. Provide win loss analysis and recommendations. Review and vet complex deals as per Capital Management practices. Track and automate deal desk data into a database for effective KPI reporting. Collaborate with Sales leadership; Product Teams; and Finance, Contract and Operations departments regarding deadline specific deal closures, optimal pricing models and strategies for new products and bundled solutions, and optimization of processes, contracts, and deal closure respectively. Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a technology discipline plus 2 years experience as Pricing Analyst, Business Analyst or in a related role/capacity. Specific requirements are: 2 years of experience providing pricing analysis in support of a dynamic pricing environment of Business to Business, Business to Consumer, or Wholesale business; 2 years of experience with analytics, results discernment, and/or performance tracking and reporting; 2 years of experience synthesizing complex data analyses to simplified summaries; 2 years of database and visualization experience to include SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA macros, Tableau, R, or equivalent; 2 years of experience using Salesforce; 2 years of experience applying the pricing lifecycle from development; 1 year of experience using data science and decision-making tools; 1 year of experience applying pricing research; 1 year of experience with competitive intelligence, release, funnel management, or pipeline management and 1 year of experience determining appropriate changes and ensuring continuous improvement to meet organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Remote work benefit available - employee can work from anywhere in the U.S. Domestic travel involved 10% of time based on 40-hour workweek.
