Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking flexible, part-time Research Associates to join our team and perform store-based collection tasks. You will choose when you work within client windows and earn money through a guaranteed hourly minimum where offered, with upside based on efficiency and accuracy.

Training will be provided to help you maximize earnings and efficiency, using a company pricing app and your own reliable transportation.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

Preplanned deliveries/collections with flexible scheduling.
Earn money by collecting items and completing assignments in stores.
Receive training to maximize efficiency and achieve goals.
Operate with guaranteed hourly minimum where offered and pursue higher earnings with productivity.
