Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Research Associate to pick up flexible shifts and earn by the hour with guaranteed minimums where available. You’ll receive detailed training to maximize efficiency in each store and collect assignments via a company app.

As a part-time role with independent work, you can schedule hours within client windows, enjoy drive-time reimbursements, and pursue opportunities for learning and development while maintaining reliability and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.
